Want to write for Bat Flips And Nerds? Why not start by giving us 5 Reasons for Optimism for your team this season.
New writers are always welcome, whether you are a seasoned journalist with some baseball observations you want to share or a first-timer who fancies seeing their name in lights as a potential step towards something bigger.

The article can be on any baseball subject of your choice.
NEW: We are running a few different series; maybe you want to contribute to one of those?

Or just choose any topic you fancy. It could be your local baseball team, spring training, the latest blockbuster trade, baseball cards, anything!
IMPORTANT: Make sure you read our guidelines before you start to write.
